Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily cash and bank receipt/payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage company bank accounts, including fund transfers, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare payment requests and ensure all supporting documents are complete and compliant with company policies.
- Maintain accurate cash books, bank journals, and treasury records.
- Monitor daily cash flow and assist in preparing cash flow forecasts.
- Coordinate with banks regarding account opening, maintenance, online banking, and other banking matters.
- Assist in payroll payment, tax payment, and other scheduled financial disbursements.
- Verify employee reimbursement claims and vendor payment documents before processing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing by providing treasury-related reports and reconciliations.
- Safeguard company funds, payment instruments, and confidential financial information.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required treasury documents.
- Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Cashier, Treasury, or Finance roles.
- Familiar with banking operations, payment processes, and cash management.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
