Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, or related fields

• Minimum GPA of 3.00

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table)

• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles

• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus

• Detail oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

• Able to work accurately and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily financial transaction recording and data entry

• Support invoice, payment, and reimbursement administration

• Verify and organize financial documents

• Assist in preparing simple financial reports

• Coordinate with the Finance team and related departments

• Support other finance-related administrative tasks
