Qualifications;
1. Min. Diploma degree in Economy/Finance/Accounting or related field.
2. Min. 1-2 year of proven work experience as a Finance Officer is required for this position
3. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
4. Good understanding in Accounting Software (Accurate)
5. Having good knowledge about Tax (PPh & PPN)
6. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (Google Spreadsheet)
7. Having good time management, attention to details and organization skills
Job Description
1. Performing general bookkeeping duties
2. Preparing the administration process of vendor registration in term of pitching process
3. Align with internal team regarding to prepare invoices to clients, including all the supporting documents
4. Making records of all receivable transactions (Account Receivable)
5. Following up to internal team and/or external party regarding the billing that will due and/or past-due
6. Check and validate all the employee reimbursement, office needs payment
7. Responsible to validate, making records and handle petty cash
8. Responsible to validate, making records and making payment in Internet Banking System (Account Payable)
9. Collect the Withholding Art 23 proof (PPh 23) from Clients
10. Assist preparing the financial statement (Annual)
11. Assist reconcile bank statements
12. Meticulous in archiving paperwork and able to set priorities when handling multiple tasks
13. Assist for administrative and any other duties and responsibilities which assigned by management
