Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
- Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring that there is enough money available to pay bills and other expenses
- Prepare financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial analysis and reporting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
- Assist with financial modeling and analysis
- Identify financial risks and work to mitigate them to protect the organization's financial stability
- Prepare invoices and quotations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of finance
- Demonstrated understanding of tax regulations
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis methodologies
- Strong aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
