ISolutions Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive professional to join our team as a Finance Officer, responsible for managing daily financial transactions, accounting administration, reporting, and supporting the company’s financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields
- Minimum SMK graduate; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is an advantage
- Understanding of basic accounting, AP, AR, invoicing, and taxation
- Familiar with financial reporting and reconciliation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting software such as Zahir is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and responsible
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions and accounting administration
- Handle Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), and customer billing
- Process payments and maintain financial documentation
- Prepare financial and management reports
- Perform financial reconciliation and transaction verification
- Support budgeting and cash flow monitoring
- Assist with payroll and tax administration
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
