Job description for FINANCE MANAGER at KRS GLOBAL JAYA
Kurasi is a rapidly growing cross-border logistics company specializing in international shipping services.
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and compliance processes. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, highly consistent, and deeply committed to accuracy, tax compliance, and operational transparency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor and manage daily cash flow across bank accounts and digital payment platforms.
2. Reconcile incoming customer payments with shipping and order data.
3. Approve vendor invoices and internal expense reimbursements.
4. Forecast weekly cash flow and plan for upcoming payment cycles.
5. Analyze shipping costs per transaction and delivery method performance.
6. Validate billing from service providers and assess foreign exchange (FX) impact.
7. Oversee monthly financial close and generate reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
8. Prepare and submit monthly tax filings in compliance with local regulations.
9. Manage and apply Double Taxation Agreement benefits
10. Coordinate with HQ and internal teams to align on financial processes and reporting standards.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA is a plus.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in logistics, eCommerce, or service industries.
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and international tax concepts.
4. Experience handling multi-currency accounting and cross-border payments.
5. Proficiency in Excel and cloud accounting systems (e.g., accurate, Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
6. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
7. High attention to detail, consistency, and deadline commitment.
8. Proven ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
