We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, drive profitability, and guide our long-term growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data, statements, and trends to provide actionable business insights to senior leadership.
• Manage corporate risk, compliance, tax planning, and statutory auditing processes.
• Lead and mentor the finance/accounting team, fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Optimize financial systems, internal controls, and reporting workflows for scalable growth.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in financial reporting, taxation (Brevet A/B certification is a plus), and accounting software.
• Strong data analysis, communication, and leadership skills. Honest, disciplined, meticulous, and capable of working under pressure.
