We're Hiring: Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support the growth of our business. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial reporting skills, leadership capabilities, and experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and optimization of Odoo (ERP/accounting system).
Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze P&L statements.
Manage and forecast company cash flow.
Supervise and support junior finance staff.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.
Handle basic tax-related matters and coordination.
Requirements
Proven experience in a finance-related role.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
High level of responsibility, accuracy, and autonomy.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
