Job description for FINANCE MANAGER at Pt Delcoprima Pacific
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance, Accounting & Tax Department.
- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Monitor the company’s cash flow, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and working capital.
- Manage and ensure compliance with Indonesian taxation regulations, including PPh, VAT, and tax reporting through Coretax.
- Prepare financial reports and management reports for the Directors and Management.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other relevant parties.
- Establish and improve financial controls, accounting procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Cash Flow, AR/AP, and Taxation.
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and experience using Coretax.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/AOL systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling external audits and tax audits.
- Knowledge of manufacturing/cost accounting.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Tax or accounting certification (e.g., Brevet, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
- Experience working with Accurate Online systems is an advantage.
