Our client, a well-established company in the financial technology / financial services in Indonesia in searching for an experienced Finance Manager to join and lead its Finance function.

The Finance Manager will play a key role in strengthening the company’s financial management, reporting, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, and overall financial governance, while providing financial insights to support management decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and continuously improve the company’s finance, accounting, and internal control systems.
• Manage monthly and annual financial closing and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, budget monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Manage and oversee the company’s taxation, including tax compliance, planning, and risk management.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, funding requirements, liabilities, and capital structure.
• Support management in financing, investment, and other strategic business activities.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience, with managerial or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, cash flow management, and internal controls.
• Experience in Fintech, P2P Lending, Multifinance, Payments, Banking, Financial Services, or Technology companies is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Mandarin proficiency will be a strong advantage, particularly for communication with regional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and multicultural business environment.
