Role Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial strategy, ensuring stability, liquidity, and profitability. This is a senior managerial role requiring both strong technical expertise in finance and a deep understanding of the advertising/media industry. The right candidate will not only safeguard our financial health but also optimizing cashflow, maximizing returns on investments, and supporting strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage cashflow effectively, ensuring liquidity for operations and maximizing investment opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies for cash investments and financial growth.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes.
- Partner with senior management to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
- Monitor profitability across projects, clients, and business units.
- Ensure financial policies, systems, and controls are in place and continuously improved.
- Build relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to deliver high performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience in notable advertising or media agencies (local or multinational).
- Proven track record in financial management, cashflow optimization, and investment strategy.
- Strong understanding of the advertising/media industry financial models (billing cycles, client receivables, production costing, etc.).
- Solid experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creative business needs with financial discipline.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus).
NOTES :
Salary range: IDR 12–15 million (negotiable)
