A growing manufacturing company is currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Manager to strengthen operational finance control, cash flow management, and cross-functional financial verification processes within a fast-paced factory environment.
This role is intended for professionals who are hands-on operationally, capable of working under pressure, and confident in making independent financial decisions while maintaining strong accuracy and internal control standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations with high transaction volumes.
- Monitor and control company cash flow planning and execution.
- Oversee finance administration processes, including verification and cross-checking activities.
- Review payroll calculations, sales commission calculations, and employee bonus computations.
- Coordinate closely with Accounting, Tax, HR, Purchasing, and operational departments.
- Ensure proper financial control, audit readiness, and compliance procedures are maintained.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and operational inefficiencies.
- Strengthen internal control systems to minimize financial risk and prevent errors/fraud.
- Supervise finance team members including administrators and supervisors.
- Support ERP/system implementation improvement and troubleshooting processes.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational system development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance leadership role within manufacturing environment.
- Strong exposure in handling high-volume transactions and operational finance.
- Familiar with ERP/accounting systems; experience with Odoo system is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and make fast, accurate decisions.
- Experience in finance operational control, audit preparation, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Strong leadership and team coordination capability.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
