Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and applicable international accounting standards.
- Analyse financial performance, control costs, and support business decisions.
- Manage financial reporting, internal controls, and finance team development.
- Handle tax reporting, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, import/export taxes, tax restitution, and SP2DK responses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance management role.
- Manufacturing experience required; MNC, foreign-invested company, or import/export experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and Indonesian taxation.
- Proven experience handling SP2DK and tax restitution.
- Proficient in accounting software and microsoft excel.
- Brevet A, B, and C or CPA certification is an advantage.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
