Job description for Finance Manager (Mandarin & English Speaker) at Trinova Digital Indonesia
Language Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (Trilingual)
Key Responsibilities (岗位职责) :
1. Financial Consolidation & Budget Management
Oversee financial statement consolidation, corporate budget planning, and financial data analysis. Deliver professional financial statements in English and prepare bilingual financial data analysis reports (Chinese & English).
2. Cross-Border Capital Repatriation
Formulate and execute legal strategies for cross-border capital repatriation (transferring Indonesian entity profits back to the Hong Kong holding company). Manage compliant channels including dividend distributions, shareholder loan and interest repayments, and cross-border technical/management service fees.
3. Business Partnership & Operational Controls
Drive business enablement and secure cross-departmental process loops. Implement strict controls over corporate assets, inventory shrink/losses, and proactively rectify operational loopholes across departments.
4. Local Tax Compliance & General Oversight
Maintain comprehensive oversight of local tax compliance and financial regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
5. Business Support & Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as a strategic business partner to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive operational efficiency.
Job Requirements (任职要求) :
1. Educational & Professional Background
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Investment, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or local Indonesian BKP (Certified Tax Consultant) are highly preferred.
2. Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years of financial experience in medium-to-large enterprises, with at least 2 years of financial management experience in Indonesian foreign investment companies (PT PMA) or the retail/trading sector. Proficient in Indonesian local tax regulations and familiar with basic financial compliance requirements from Indonesian Customs (PPJK-related fees) and the Ministry of Manpower.
