Overall Jobs Purpose and Responsibilites:
To support the Finance & Accounting team in daily administrative and operational activities to ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting
- Assist in accurately entering financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Perform organized filing and archiving of financial documents (invoices, receipts, vouchers, etc.).
- Support the team in performing simple data and bank reconciliations to ensure data alignment.
- Assist in preparing and organizing supporting documents for internal or external audit purposes.
- Provide administrative support during monthly financial closing activities.
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management (Finance Related). Fresh graduates or final-year students with no remaining classes/coursework are highly encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial recording.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable with basic formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a high level of accuracy in handling data.
- Understanding of basic financial recording
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
