Job description for Finance Internship at PT Avows Technologies
As a Finance Intern, you will support the Finance team in handling invoicing administration and financial documentation to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and issuing client invoices.
- Support the preparation and organization of all invoicing supporting documents.
- Maintain and update invoice records accurately.
- Assist in delivering invoice documents to clients.
- Prepare routine reports and provide administrative support to the Finance team.
- Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and organized.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Finance team.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Table, IF, SUM, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
- Detail-oriented with good administrative and document management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to work Work From Office (WFO) from Monday to Friday.
- Working hours: 09.00 AM – 05.00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break).
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Fast learner with good communication and teamwork skills.
