Job description for Finance Internship at Youlife International

Finance Intern

Job Description

  • Assist the Finance team with daily accounting and financial administration tasks
  • Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and expense recording
  • Help prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Maintain and organize financial records and filing systems
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Support bank reconciliation and petty cash monitoring
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding financial documents and approvals
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information
  • Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Final year student or fresh graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hotel environment
  • Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Available for internship period of at least 3–6 months

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or organizational experience in finance/accounting is a plus
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
  • Interest in the hospitality industry and hotel operations
