Job description for Finance Intern - Account Receivable at PT. Unigro Artha Persada

Job Description:

Membantu proses pembuatan dan pengiriman invoice kepada pelanggan.
Melakukan monitoring piutang Accounts Receivable (AR) dan status pembayaran pelanggan.
Membantu melakukan follow up pembayaran kepada pelanggan melalui email, telepon, atau WhatsApp secara profesional.
Melakukan pencatatan pembayaran yang diterima ke dalam sistem/ERP atau spreadsheet.
Membantu rekonsiliasi pembayaran dengan invoice dan mutasi bank.
Menyiapkan laporan AR Aging dan laporan collection secara berkala.
Mengarsipkan dokumen invoice, bukti pembayaran, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales, Finance, dan stakeholder terkait untuk penyelesaian permasalahan billing.
Mendukung aktivitas administrasi Finance lainnya sesuai kebutuhan tim

Job Requirements:

Mahasiswa aktif semester akhir atau fresh graduate jurusan Akuntansi atau Keuangan.
Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai proses akuntansi dan Accounts Receivable.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table menjadi nilai tambah).
Teliti, rapi, memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik, serta berorientasi pada detail.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan percaya diri dalam melakukan follow up kepada pelanggan.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
Bersedia menjalani program magang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.
Memiliki pengalaman organisasi, magang, atau penggunaan software ERP (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, Jurnal, dll.) menjadi nilai tambah.
