Job Description
The responsibilities you will fulfill as a Finance Intern are as follows:
- Perform general finance duties related to the department such as preparation of invoices, monitoring invoice payments, ensuring timely invoice payments and handling fee collection
- Ensure payment to clients (For our Delivery and E-Commerce Listing Services) are timely and accurate
- General accounting duties and book-keeping; Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods
- Ensure accurate update of data and maintenance for statutory reporting, audit person, financial accounting objectives and management checking
- Perform other administrative duties related to the department on occasion
The ideal candidate should also:
- Have basic Microsoft Office Excel skills
- Be willing to learn
- Embrace being in a fast-paced environment where you contribute directly to the goals of the company
- Expect flexible working hours and remote working
- Gain some knowledge and insight into a start-up working environment and SQL programming language
- Part-timers/Fresh Graduates/Current Undergraduates are all welcome to apply!
