Job description for Finance Head at PT. Dharmalancar Sejahtera
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Finance Head to lead and oversee the company's financial operations, ensure effective financial management, and provide strategic financial insights to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company's overall financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning, and reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and financial performance analysis.
- Monitor budget realization, operational expenses, and cost efficiency.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management for business decision-making.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting.
- Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with the accounting and tax teams.
- Manage financial risks and maintain effective internal controls.
- Lead, develop, and evaluate the Finance team.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational efficiency and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in the shipping, shipyard, oil & gas, or mining industry will be an advantage.
