Job description for Finance (Freelance) at Mado Coffee
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily financial records (income & expenses)
Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow, etc.)
Monitor and control company cash flow
Handle invoicing, payments, and client billing
Coordinate with Business Development, Partner Relations, and Operations teams for budgeting and cost tracking
Review and validate operational and event expenses
Assist in tax preparation (VAT, withholding tax, etc.) with tax consultants
Support budgeting and financial forecasting
Maintain proper financial documentation and audit trail
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in finance/accounting
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Able to work under deadlines
Plus points if you have experience in:
Agency, event, or project-based business
Multi-entity or holding company structure
