Job description for Finance Executive at PT GCM MARKETING SOLUTIONS INDONESIA
- JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Monitoring, controlling and analysis daily cash flow and cash flow projection of the company
- Dealing with banks for FX hedging, Loans, and etc.
- Evaluate and analysis customers financial statement for making credit terms
- Planning and Budgeting (included monitoring budget usage)
- Month-end process: Bank reconciliation, making financial analysis report
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and Tax Payments and Tax Return Filing. (Value Added Tax and Withholding Taxes)Economics update and report
- Prepare invoicing to customers
- Dealing with auditors, banks and other suppliers related to operational daily activities.
- Economics update and report
- Other work as assigned
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor Degree major in Finance, Tax or Accounting
- 2 to 5 years working experiences in Sales and Marketing or trading business
- Familiar with Tax calculation, PPN, PPh21, PPh23, PPh4(2) and eSPT Masa and eSPT Tahunan
- Proficiency in Indonesia Accounting Standard and financial regulations
- Familiar with ERP system (SAP is preferred)
- Careful and hardworking for maintaining transaction and analyzing for the cash flow, economics update, and budgeting
- Proficiency in English speaking, reading and writing (English is mandatory)
- Good presentation, communication, inter-personal, analytic, and reporting skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
- Willing to work in PIK area.
