Qualifications
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Controller to manage the hotel's financial operations and contribute to its ongoing growth and success with qualifications and responsibilities follows :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Background as a Public Accountant is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards within the hotel industry.
- Have a good understanding and knowledge of accounting, finance and Tax.
- Familiar with finance consolidation, analyst and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and hotel management systems.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Placement in Yogyakarta.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditures to ensure the hotel's financial performance meets targets.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard the hotel's financial assets.
- Lead the preparation of the hotel's budget and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to track financial performance and assist with budgeting and cost control.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, hotel financial policies, and industry standards.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide senior management with financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Train, mentor, and develop the finance team to maintain high financial management standards.
