Job description for Finance Controller - Mandarin Speaker (普通话使用者) at PT MITRA KARYA SARANA
PT Mitra Karya Sarana (PT MKS), Specializing in Steel Fabrication, Machining, Marine Contractor, Civil Construction and Engineering Service, is rapidly growing company located in KABIL - BATAM (Taiwan International Park), and we are seeking dedicated and highly motivated professionals to join our team!
Key Responsibilities – Finance Controller:
- Develop and monitor annual budgets
- Oversee project costing and profitability analysis
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Manage cash flow and working capital
- Ensure tax compliance and strong internal controls
- Supervise AP/ AR, credit control, and inventory oversight
- Provide financial insight to support management decisions
- Drive process improvement and financial efficiency
- Communicate with businness partners and management regarding financial matters.
Qualifications - Finance Controller **:
- Female - Maximum in 30 years old
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management Accounting
- Min. 2 years experiance in similar role
- Fuent in Mandarin (普通话使用者) and English (Spoken & Written)
- Proficient in PSAK and financial statement application
- Strong numerical, analytical skills, and attention detail & accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Experience with financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax reporting is preffered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and accounting software (Accurate Application)
- Good personality & attitude, proactive, result-driven, able to work independently or in a team.
