Finance Business Partner (Specialist)

Reporting

• Analyze historical and current financial data to understand the Company’s financial status and prepare periodic report that enable teams to make strategic decisions to meet business goals
• Prepare internal Company Pulse report
• Help to track and prepare internal report and budget vs actual report
• Record and prepare Financial Statement
• Record and prepare biweekly and monthly report
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Perform cash equivalent and escrow reconciliation
• Perform sales and payment gateway
• Perform other reconciliation (ad hoc)
• Provide breakdown and schedule
• Provide actual vs budget report

Fundraising:

• Communicate and maintain relation with potential external funding
• Maintain, track and prepare fundraising requirement

Dashboard:

• Prepare periodic data for sales dashboard
• Prepare weekly dashboard

Ad-hoc:

• Provide important business information and support ad-hoc reports as directed by executive
• Support creation of material for various management reviews and meetings

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, reporting, or a related role.
• Prior experience in working with fundraising, investor relations, or financial modeling is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and partners.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
