We're currently looking for an Account Payable Officer to join our client's team in the industrial engineering & machinery technology industry. If you have strong end-to-end AP experience and are ready for a new opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
🔑 Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end AP processes, including PO & Non-PO invoice processing
- Perform invoice verification, 3-way matching, and payment preparation
- Manage vendor reconciliation, payment queries, and AP reporting (AP Aging, GRIR, vendor balances)
- Ensure proper tax handling and support audit documentation
- Process employee expenses and AP-related bank reconciliation
🎯 Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end Account Payable
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Strong understanding of AP cycle, VAT, withholding tax, AP Aging, GRIR, and vendor reconciliation
- Experienced in handling high-volume transactions (15–30 invoices/day)
- Good Microsoft Excel skills; ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus
- Able to work independently and manage AP processes end-to-end
