Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions and accounting records.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Handle billing, payment, and expense documentation.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports.
- Handle PPh and PPN calculations and reporting.
- Maintain proper tax and financial documentation.
- Assist with internal/external audits and tax audits.
- Monitor cash flow and provide financial reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Tax.
- Strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian taxation.
- Familiar with PPh and PPN.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software such as Accurate is preferred.
- Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and disciplined.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple deadlines.
