Job description for Finance & Tax Manager at Fresh Factory
Job Description:
- Lead and oversee the company's overall finance operations, including Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury, Tax, Procurement, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
- Manage company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Develop and improve financial controls, SOPs, and operational efficiency.
- Manage banking relationships and financing activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Cash Flow Management, and FP&A.
- Experience in FMCG, Logistics, Supply Chain, Cold Chain, Distribution, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and business partnering skills.
- Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
