Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Finance and Admin Assistant. The Finance and Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, conducting financial analysis, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.
Qualifications
Proven experience in finance and administrative roles
Strong proficiency in financial management software and MS Office
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
