Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain the company's financial transactions.
- Verify and organize financial documents and records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance and accounting matters.
- Carry out other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the shipping, forwarding, or logistics industry.
- Domiciled in Batam.
- Able to communicate in English or Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work accurately.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
