Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
- Prepare regular financial reports.
- Assist with tax-related matters and tax reporting.
- Monitor company cash flow and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with external accountants, tax consultants, banks, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure financial documents and records are properly maintained.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant accounting/finance experience.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Chinese-speaking ability is required/preferred, as the position will communicate with the company’s Chinese headquarters.
