We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting professional to join our Finance team in Tangerang, PIK 2. In this onsite role, you will support the daily administrative and financial operations that keep our business running smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities :
- Support daily administrative and financial operations to ensure smooth business activities
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting entries
- Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations
- Manage invoices, payments, and expense documentation
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of financial tasks
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in finance, accounting, or administrative operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in English
