Job Responsibilities
- Handle monthly lease account reconciliation.
- Review monthly payroll calculation spreadsheets and submit timely applications for BPJS-related payments.
- Maintain basic accounting records, including fixed assets, liabilities, and monthly company expenses.
- Coordinate with QMAY on a monthly and quarterly basis by providing accounting records, financial data, and other required information to support tax filing and the preparation of financial statements.
- Assist with the quarterly submission of foreign investment reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered).
- Knowledge of Indonesian VAT (PPN), including VAT administration and annual Individual Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan).
- Proficiency in either English or Chinese.
