### About the Role

We are looking for a **Finance & Accounting Supervisor** who is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to take ownership of day-to-day finance and accounting activities.

You will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, cash flow monitoring, payment processes, reporting, and financial control while working closely with management and other departments.

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily **Finance & Accounting activities**.

* Monitor **cash flow, bank transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and company expenses**.

* Review and ensure the accuracy of accounting transactions and supporting documents.

* Prepare and review **monthly financial reports** and management reports.

* Monitor payment schedules, outstanding invoices, and vendor obligations.

* Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial and accounting records.

* Monitor company budget and expenses and identify potential cost-control opportunities.

* Coordinate with other departments regarding budget, purchasing, payment, and financial administration.

* Assist management in analyzing financial data for business decisions.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and applicable regulations.

* Coordinate with external parties such as **banks, auditors, tax consultants, and vendors** when required.

* Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team to improve accuracy, efficiency, and discipline.

* Support the implementation and improvement of finance/accounting systems and internal controls.

### Requirements

* Minimum **Bachelor's Degree (S1)** in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

* Minimum **3 years of experience** in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a **manufacturing company**.

* Previous experience as **Finance & Accounting Supervisor / Senior Staff** is preferred.

* Strong understanding of **accounting principles, financial reporting, cash flow, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation**.

* Able to review financial transactions and identify discrepancies or potential issues.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good command of **Microsoft Excel**, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and financial data analysis.

* Experience with **accounting software/ERP systems** is an advantage.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Able to lead a small team and work independently.

* Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to work with deadlines.

* High level of **integrity, confidentiality, and accountability**.
