Job description for Finance and Accounting Supervisor at Toby's Estate Indonesia
Job Description:
- Manage daily Finance & Accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, cash, AP/AR, and account reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash and ensure proper supporting documents.
- Manage and monitor fixed assets, including recording, movement, and periodic checking.
- Assist with month-end closing, audit, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with outlets and other departments regarding Finance & Accounting matters.
- Support and coordinate the Finance & Accounting team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in F&B, Retail, or Hospitality.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, AP, AR, petty cash, and asset management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and responsible.
- Willing to be based in South Jakarta.
