Requirements :
1. Minimum S1 education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Have more than 3 years of experience in accounting or finance preferably in a financial service (fintech) company.
3. Experience with accounts receivable management and debt collection processes
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry-specific standards.
5. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Excel, etc).
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Description :
1. Financial Reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly)
2. Annual Audit Management.
3. Payment posting in all banks.
4. Taxation matters (Corporate tax, withholding tax filing, sale tax, income tax)
5. Annual Filling (SECP reporting, vouching, general entries, accounting matters, finance management)
6. Banks Dealing.
7. Funds Management.
8. Payroll Management.
9. Communicate effectively with external auditors, clients, and financial institutions.
10. Understand finance, Acounting and Tax
11. Good command of Bahasa and English;
12. Preparing and analyzing financial statements (Balance sheet, profit and loss, Cash Flow)
13. Reviewing and analyzing company taxation (PPH 21, PPH 23, Agency PPH, Final PPH, VAT)
14. Can manage and monitor petty cash and bank accounts.
