Job description for Finance & Accounting Supervisor (SPV) at ProBuilder Group
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in construction or corporate industry
- Proficient in accounting software (Accurate/SAP/Microsoft Dynamics AX), advanced Excell skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), and Brevet A&B certified
- Strong understanding of risk management and cost control
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, target-driven, and high integrity
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily Finance & Accounting operations at head office and project sites
- Verify transactions, journals, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow)
- Monitor cash flow, AR, and AP related to projects
- Ensure tax compliance (VAT & withholding tax reporting)
- Support budgeting and project cost control analysis
