Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans to support sustainable business growth.
- Identify financial risks, inefficiencies, and emerging business issues, then provide proactive recommendations to management.
- Act as a financial business partner to the CEO by translating financial data into practical insights for decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement of financial processes, internal controls, and team performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a Senior or Coordinator role.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and business operations.
- Able to spot financial risks, anticipate future challenges, and recommend practical solutions based on data.
- Curious, analytical, and proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and support strategic decisions.
- Willing to Work From Office in Cipete, South Jakarta
