Job Description
We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Staff who is detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily financial and accounting activities to support company operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and financial documents.
- Manage petty cash and monitor operational expenses.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting records.
- Handle tax administration such as VAT, withholding tax, and e-Faktur.
- Coordinate with external parties including banks, tax consultants, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial records.
- Assist in audit preparation and other finance-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to communicate in English is an advantage.
