Role Description
We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Staff to manage the company’s daily finance and accounting activities.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Alam Sutera, Tangerang. The role includes recording financial transactions, preparing journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank and sales reconciliations, monitoring cash flow, and preparing accurate financial reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum one to two years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge and relevant internship experience may be considered.
- Good understanding of journal entries, general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statements.
- Experience using accounting software such as Accurate, Mekari Jurnal, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Able to perform bank, marketplace, supplier, customer, and inventory reconciliations.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian taxation and supporting tax documents is preferred.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Accurate, organized, highly attentive to detail, and able to meet deadlines.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Comfortable working in a pet-friendly office and genuinely enjoys being around animals.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
