Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Finance and Accounting Specialist based in South Jakarta. The role involves managing end-to-end financial and accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and operational finance activities related to liquidity operations and new business initiatives. Will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, maintain financial controls, support strategic planning, and help improve operational efficiency across the company’s ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, financial reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience handling Finance & Accounting operations independently
- Ability to prepare financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reports
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining high accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of financial compliance, taxation, and internal control processes
- Comfortable working on operational finance matters and cross-department collaboration
- Experience in startup, fintech, liquidity services, trading, or digital asset industries is a strong advantage
- Relevant certifications (Brevet, CPA, CFA, etc.) are considered a plus
