Job description for Finance and Accounting Senior at PHOMI Indonesia

Responsibilities and Duties
- Dealing with all the financial activities.
- Able to prepare monthly and annual Financial Report.
- Record day to day financial transactions and update it to our accounting software.
- Manage, prepare, and analyze company budget plan.
- Control and make payment to other supplier/vendors.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Making Faktur Pajak, Bukti Potong PPH, etc related to Tax
- Willing to work in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK)
Qualifications and Skills
- Age between 22-33
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 2 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting
- Responsible and proactive
- Hard worker, honest and able to work independently as well as in team
- A willingness to continuously improve and learn
- Proficiency with applications like Jurnal.id, MS Excel, MS. Word, Ms. Power Point
- Have Brevet A/B certificate will be an advantage
- Knowing and understanding BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Tax will be an advantage
- Location : Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara
