Role Description
The Finance & Accounting Officer is a full-time, on-site position based at our Head Office in Subang, West Java. This role is responsible for overseeing daily finance and accounting operations, managing the month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. Day-to-day tasks include supervising the finance and accounting staff, managing cash flow, overseeing accounts reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial journaling, managing fixed asset recording, and ensuring strict compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards. The role also involves coordinating with external auditors, supporting finance-related documentation, and continuously improving financial procedures. To support our fast-paced operational needs, the ideal candidate must be available to join immediately and be fully willing to relocate to Subang.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as Brevet A & B are highly preferred.
- Must be available for immediate joining and fully willing to relocate to work full-time on-site at the Head Office in Subang, West Java.
- Proven working experience as a Finance & Accounting Supervisor or Senior Accountant, with a strong ability to lead, mentor, and oversee a finance and accounting team.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles (PSAK), mandatory proficiency in accurate financial journaling, comprehensive knowledge of fixed asset accounting and recording, corporate financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, and current Indonesian tax regulations.
- Practical experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in accounting software as well as spreadsheet applications (Advanced Microsoft Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external auditors.
- Prior experience handling finance, accounting, and taxation in heavy equipment, mining, transportation/logistics, or any industry related to heavy vehicle hauling is a distinct advantage.
