Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and control company and project budgets to ensure expenses remain within approved allocations.
- Prepare budget utilization reports, variance analysis, cost monitoring reports, and financial reports for management.
- Review operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze financial, budget, and operational data.
- Process reimbursements, vendor payments, and other financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Maintain accounting records, journal entries, reconciliations, and support month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Prepare financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), cash flow reports, and profitability analysis.
- Monitor COGS, operating expenses, cash flow, and overall business performance.
- Support payroll administration, including attendance verification, allowances, deductions, and salary calculations.
- Prepare tax documentation and coordinate with external tax consultants to ensure tax compliance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, audit processes, and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Budget Control, Cost Control, or Financial Planning.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, accounting principles, and cost analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial reporting).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or trading companies is a plus.
