Qualifications
- Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and expertise in Financial Reporting
- Strong understanding of Finance and Budgeting to manage financial planning and resource allocation efficiently
- Proven Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and advise on decision-making processes
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage team performance effectively
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- Certification in CPA, CMA, or a similar qualification is a plus
