Job description for Finance and Accounting Manager at PT Dua Surya Dinamika
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily finance and accounting operations
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external parties
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance & accounting
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and taxation and accounting standard (PSAK)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
