Job description for Finance and Accounting Junior at PT Crowe Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions and records.
- Record and process financial transactions, including preparing and understanding journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the month-end closing process and preparation of financial reports.
- Support tax-related activities and ensure proper documentation in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Handle financial administration and documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Good understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and month-end closing processes.
- Good understanding of Indonesian taxation; Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately with financial data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to participate in offline recruitment process.
