Job description for Finance and Accounting Junior at PHOMI Indonesia

Responsibilities and Duties
Dealing with all the financial activities.
Making invoice and communicate with our customers or agents
Able to prepare monthly Financial Report.
Record day to day financial transactions and update it to our accounting software.
Manage, prepare, and analyze company budget plan.
Control and make payment to other supplier/vendors.
Reconcile bank statements.
Making Faktur Pajak, Bukti Potong PPH, etc related to Tax
Willing to work in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK)
Qualifications and Skills
Age between 22-35
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
At least 2 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting
Responsible and proactive
Hard worker, honest and able to work independently as well as in team
A willingness to continuously improve and learn
Proficiency with applications like Jurnal id, MS Excel, MS. Word
Have Brevet A/B certificate will be an advantage
Knowing and understanding BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Tax will be an advantage
