Job Descriptions:
- Review account receivable and account payable on a daily basis by comparing the information needed and submitted
- Assist in processing invoices, verifying payments, and maintaining records
- Conduct tracking, follow-up, collection, and reconciliation of transactions
- Perform daily accounting operations and month-end closing of financial statements for the entity
- Ensure daily transaction and financial reporting standards are met and delivered in time
- Supports in any finance and accounting related tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software is preferable
- Strong organizational, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skill
- Have a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
Working Setting
Hybrid (WFH & WFO)
WFO 3 times a week: 10 am to 6 pm (West Jakarta)
