Job description for FINANCE & ACCOUNTING HEAD(FAH) at Pt Green Planet Indonesia
quirement:
• Maximum 40 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic/ Accounting
• Minimum 3 years proven experiences in handling finance and accounting, tax
calculation, tax reconciliation, tax report, preparing data for tax & annual audit,
preparing financial report
• Good communication skill with internal and external
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Having ability to work under pressure, deadline, and multitasking.
• Having strong leadership and able to develop team.
• Having knowledge in PSAK and Tax Regulation is a must
• Good communication in English (oral and written).
• Experienced in Public Audit Firm as an Auditor would be an advantage.
• Excellent Ms. Office skills especially in Ms. Excel
• Familiar with accounting software
Responsibilities:
- Handling month end, quarterly, and yearly closing to be submitted in a timely manner.
- Review journal entries for all transactions, coordinating with all Finance and Tax Team in day to day activities to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness of accounting records.
- Leads the tax reporting and annual return filing.
- Prepare any supporting data requested by the Internal / External Auditor & Tax consultant.
- Support budget and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with other departments in identifying and resolving finance and accounting issues.
- Propose and review improvements in accounting business processes and procedures to drive the continuous improvement
